Terengganu Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. (TCOMM) is the One Stop Agency (OSA) for the state of Terengganu, appointed by the Mentri Besar, Trengganu (MBI) to monitor and coordinate the development of telecommunications infrastructure in Terengganu, in line with the guidelines of the Approving Authority (PBM). Part of our role is also to advise and provide strategic input to the Terengganu State Government on infrastructure and digitalisation development.
As a state Government-Linked Company (GLC), our core business is to ensure that every telecommunications infrastructure permit registration and renewal application is coordinated through TCOMM before being submitted to the PBM for consideration and approval. We serve all Network Service Providers (NSPs) and Network Facilities Providers (NFPs) throughout the state of Terengganu.
