Terengganu Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. is the One Stop Agency (OSA) for the state of Terengganu, appointed by Mentri Besar, Trengganu (MBI) to monitor and coordinate the development of telecommunications infrastructure, in line with the guidelines of the Approving Authority (PBM). As a state Government-Linked Company (GLC), we coordinate every permit registration and renewal application before it is submitted to the PBM, and serve all NSPs & NFPs throughout Terengganu.
Main Scope of Services
Providing a strategic master plan for the telecommunications & digitalisation efforts in Terengganu.
Spearheading the development & deployment of telecommunications infrastructure through partnerships with deployment partners & state agencies.
Ensuring infrastructure complies with laws, regulations & guidelines, in accordance with best practices.
Coordinating with government agencies, the Approving Authority (PBM) & landowners for site approvals, land acquisition & necessary permits.
Advising & supporting the State Government in achieving its digitalisation goals.

New tower construction & telecommunications tower permit renewals submitted to the PBT.
The One Stop Agency coordinates, verifies & supports every application before it reaches the PBT.
Land applications approved with the relevant district office.
Site & permit approval by the Approving Authority (PBM).
