Telecommunications Industry Update Briefing for Terengganu Held

17 December 2025: An Industry Update Briefing on Telecommunications Development for Terengganu was held at the Convention Hall, Taman Tamadun Islam. The programme was jointly organised by the Local Government Division and Terengganu Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. (TCOMM).

The briefing aimed to provide clarity on the direction, policy improvements and latest implementation relating to telecommunications development in Terengganu, in line with current needs and the State Government’s aspiration to strengthen the digital economy ecosystem.

The session brought together senior Terengganu State Government officers, representatives of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), local authorities, government agencies, telecommunications industry players and consultants as a platform to discuss and align a range of industry views and needs.
